Master Class Overview

• This 1 day program addresses advanced methodologies in project management.

• We use the Project Team Builder – a Simulation Based Training tool to exercise the Fuzzy Front End funneling of New Product Development projects .

• The program will give attendees the opportunity of sharing experiences with a leader in the field who will provide new ways of alternatives early on in the project life cycle taking into account the goals and constraints of the project.

• The program will include the unique Lean Project Managing performance measures built into the Project Team Builder.

• The program will equip attendees with practical know how including the ability to build their own project scenarios and to use Lean Project Management enablers to manage the Fuzzy Front End.
